Canine Counseling: Over the phone and in-person assistance available for people whose dogs have behavioral problems. |
Photography: Having taken over 50,000 photos of shelter dogs, my experience is now available to take wonderful, professional quality photos of you and your pet (or just your pet if you are camera-shy). |
Dog Rehabilitation: Rehab is available here. The most important thing will be that you learn to work with your dog, and you will be given those tools, along with extensive follow-up assistance. |
Education: We have information regarding pet overpopulation and what steps YOU can take to help. ("Check out our "Take Action" page.) We will also be happy to share knowledge about types of dogs and what breeds would best fit your lifestyle. |

| LittleTuffy: A special dog with a human-caused spinal injury. At first, Tuffy was only able to walk on her front legs and was terrified of and aggressive towards humans. |
| Tuffy is now healed (although she will always have an excessively arched back), and starting to trust again. It is so heartwarming to see her run and play with joy and abandon. |
The Last Resort is a multi-faceted rescue. We offer help to both first-time and experienced dog owners. We believe that knowledge makes all the difference when it comes to picking the right dog for your home, and are glad to share our experience with you.
